HatHats Barista Academy

Students at the Amelix Entrepreneurship Academy will run and manage their own HatHats Coffee shop on the campus of the Canterbury Academy Trust with profits going directly to seed fund their business ideas.

The coffee shop will also become a Barista Academy with HatHats Coffee trainers offering opportunities for sixth formers studying any course to gain barista skills as well as running employability and coffee life skills to people with barriers to work and those with special educational needs.

HatHats Coffee Company was set up to create a good cup of coffee with every element of the cup of coffee having a positive impact on the communities it serves. Working directly with coffee growers and dairy farmers around the world, using locally sourced milk, paying a fair price and offering employability training and skills to those with barriers to work. As well as paying all its taxes in the UK.
